What is a Membership Plan?
Our plans offer a simple, flexible way to pay for your dental care. We offer Maintenance Plans and Children’s Plans.

Regular dental and hygiene visits should mean better health through the prevention of dental disease and early detection of problems reduces the risk of complex and expensive treatment. HDPs Dental Emergency Assistance Support product.

Choose a MAINTENANCE PLAN that suits you:

Plan A £19.25 per month - 2 dental health checks, 1 hygiene visit per year or
Plan B £27.83 per month - 2 dental health checks, 2 hygiene visits per year or
Plan C £42.12 per month - 2 dental health checks, 4 hygiene visits per year.

Included in all plans

Dental x-rays when needed
10% discount on any dental treatment required (excluding implant therapy)
Provision of temporary treatment in an emergency visit
Dental Emergency Assistance Support product.

Dental Care Plans for Children and Young Adults (a parent or guardian must be registered with HDP).

Plan A 1-8 years of age £5.99 per month
Plan B 9-18 years of age £8.44 per month

Included in both plans

2 dental health checks per year
Oral hygiene instruction
any x-rays necessary to assess tooth development
any x-rays necessary for early detection of dental decay
50% discount on dental treatment fees
Dental Emergency Assistance Support product.

FAQs

How do I join? - We will help you complete a simple form at reception.

How do I pay? - Monthly, by direct debit.

Can I cancel the Maintenance Plan or Children’s Plan at any time? - You can, but as we think the plans are a great way of accessing the best dental care, we don’t think you’ll want to! However, the membership contract is for a minimum of 12 months. If you withdraw from the arrangement before the 12 months are up, you will be liable for the full fees for care which has been provided.
